Shipping Rates

Our bags travel all around the word and we try to offer an efficient delivery system. Most orders typically ship within 2-3 days of placing your order (please note, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), because most of our products are made to order and not in stock.

Shipping within Greece

  • Free shipping for orders above €50.00
  • Standard Courier €4.00
  • Box Now €2.00
  • Deliveries in Greece take usually 2-5 working days.

International shipping

  • Free shipping for orders above €150.00
  • Standard Courier with Hellenic Post €20.00
  • International deliveries take usually 7-21 working days, according to the exact destination.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped. This e-mail will contain a tracking number and a URL where you can check the status of your order. Don’t worry, we always keep track of the shipping process.

Shipping Notes

  • Please note that all our items are handmade with great care and love for each individual order. This is why we do not offer cash on delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Orders within Attica in Greece are handled by ACS or BOX NOW, and they are being delivered usually within 2-5 working days.
  • Orders outside Attica in Greece are handled by HELLENIC POST or BOX NOW, and they are being delivered usually within 3-7 working days.
  • Worldwide orders are handled by HELLENIC POST. Estimated delivery times are typically 7-10 working days within Europe, 10-14 working days for non-European countries, and 14-21 days for deliveries to the USA and other global destinations.
  • All customs and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. They vary by country, so please contact your local customs office with any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, including in cases of returns, package rejection upon arrival, and/or failure to pay duty fees.
  • Please be aware that the provided time frame is an estimated shipping window, and in rare cases, the shipping dates may change.
