In case you receive a wrong product, we will handle the return process in communication with you. The return shipping costs are our responsibility. Contact us within 3 business days. The return must be made within 10 days of receiving the product for Greece and European countries, or within 15 days for the rest of the world. Please ensure the product is in its original perfect condition, with all tags attached and the sales receipt included. Please use the original packaging.
